Maintenance Person

Knaresborough Golf Club Limited are seeking to recruit an experienced
maintenance person to join our team.

Main purpose of job:
To undertake the main tasks as listed below and identify areas which require
maintenance around and in the Clubhouse.

Position reports to:
General Manager.

Location:
Clubhouse and Course

Salary:
£12.71 per hour

Main tasks of job:

• Sweeping and cleaning of Clubhouse surrounds and course toilets
• Basic maintenance tasks such as light bulb replenishment, ironmongery
  repairs, sign maintenance, painting etc.
• Maintaining flower tubs and entrance flowerbed
• Maintaining the shoe cleaning compressor and equipment
• Empty external bins
• Undertake the PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) tasks
• Responsible for storeroom stocks and tidiness
• Cleaning of buggies
• Sanding/Painting course benches over winter
• Paint tee markers in March each year
• Clean Clubhouse bin areas
• Be pro-active and raise any issues as and when noted
• Any reasonable task as directed by the General Manager

12 hours over 2 days per week
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
Schedule: 2 x 6-hour shifts
